Job Description:

Under direction of department leadership, the Environmental Services Aide must be able to perform a variety of routines, repetitive and skilled cleaning tasks. Operate floor maintenance machinery and equipment. Deliver linen and other supplies to various departments throughout the hospital and maintain a safe and healthy working environment. This position requires the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must have the ability to communicate and work on a professional level in a high pace environment. Important dimensions of this position consist of professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, and good public/customer relations.


Knowledge of routine cleaning procedures with some experience.


High school diploma, G.E.D. or combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
