Continuing education

As a Montage Health employee, you may be eligible for continuing education funds of up to $3,000 every two years. These funds can be used for course content related to your job, including coursework to maintain licensure and/or enhance skills.

Scholarship reimbursement plan

Montage Health's scholarship reimbursement plan reimburses employees for approved education-related fees up to $2,250 per year. These funds are not restricted to or intended for coursework related to your current position. They can be used to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree, gain a new licensure or certification, or otherwise further your academic goals.

Home loan program

Our home loan program offers qualified employees financial assistance to achieve homeownership in beautiful Monterey County. Eligible team members can leverage a second mortgage from Montage Health Foundation to cover up to 10 percent of the down payment (with a maximum of $100,000), helping to bridge the gap toward owning your dream home.
