Under the leadership of the department director, the Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for functions, including but not limited to, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing customers, word processing, filing and faxing. Performs administrative and office support and prepares standing purchase orders. Keys all new hire information into the Kronos system and maintains and audits all health plan enrollments.
Payroll and basic accounting required. Computer skills required. Familiarity with Word and Excel preferred. Working knowledge of office equipment required.
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience in related field.
