Under the leadership of the Director of Radiology Services, the Clinical Supervisor oversees the safe and efficient operation of the Radiation Oncology Department. The Clinical Supervisor performs or delegates all duties required to plan the treatment of patients and performs Radiation Therapy services safely and effectively, maximizing the use of resources and equipment. Interacts with patients, medical staff and peers in a positive, service-oriented manner. Performs all treatment procedures in area of assignment, serving the entire population from birth to death.
Minimum of 5 years experience in radiation oncology. Supervisory experience preferred.
Education as required for required license.
Current A.A.R.T. (RT), CA Therapeutic Radiologic Technology certification, and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
