Position Summary
Under the leadership of the Assistant Director, Quality Management, the Clinical Quality/Risk Management Analyst is responsible for providing timely reports, data analysis and information to support successful decision making, action planning and implementation. Supports standard, scheduled operational reports as well as ad-hoc reporting requests. Plans/coordinates data entry and data array for effective support of organizational performance improvement activities. Interacts effectively with nursing, physicians, and other clinical providers.

Experience:
Mastery of complete MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience with data analysis and interpretation is preferred. Prior experience with SQL, SSRS and database management preferred. Familiarity with statistical process control techniques is preferred. Knowledge of Title 22, Joint Commission standards, CMS Conditions of Participation and other regulatory agency requirements is preferred.


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related area of study, computer science and/or relevant work experience.   Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
