The Ohana Clinical Program Manager reports to the Ohana Clinical Director and is responsible for providing supervision to members of the Ohana Therapy Team. Additionally, the Clinical Program Manager will work with patients to provide intake evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families. Supervisory training and certification is required. In addition, training in evidence-based treatments for youth, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or modalities to treat substance use disorder is required. The Clinical Program Manager provides behavioral health education to staff, patients and families and, when requested, to the community and other professionals. All team members at Ohana must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, quality of care and outcomes measurement, professionalism, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, flexibility, cultural humility, curiosity and comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care.
Experience and Skills:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience practicing therapy with children, adolescents and families. Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience within a behavioral healthcare setting. Training in either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy required. Training in evidence based treatments for Substance Use Disorders (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy or Contingency Management) and certification in said therapy is preferred.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or Doctoral Degree in Psychology required.
