Budget Analyst I (Administrative Specialist)




Position Summary
Under the leadership of the Assistant Director, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for the performance reporting process including revenue analysis, charge master analysis, loading and reconciling financial and statistical information, generating and distributing management reports, variance analysis and budget preparation. Additional duties in the department are performed as required.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Two years related in accounting, finance, or revenue management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with and working knowledge of computer-based decision support, budget and accounting systems preferred. Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle is preferred.


High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience in related field.
