Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Department Director, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing clerical duties related to the departments in Security Services.  The Administrative Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the Security System, the camera system, and locks and hardware among other specialized security programs.

Experience:


(S)he must have the ability to type 45 words per minute accurately, demonstrate skills in working with computer equipment and software (including the complete Microsoft Office Suite).  Possess a working knowledge of medical terminology and have good public relations skills.  Good written and communication skills are a must.

Education:
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
